Paint your own projection screen!

Another innovation from Magpaint Europe:

Projection screen paint for professional and home use: looks nicer and costs less than a roller screen and is often better.

With ‘Mighty Brighty’ there is no longer any need for the traditional film/slide projection screen as the screen surface is now stylishly integrated in the space itself.
No more bulky tubes in the ceiling or expensive building in but simply painted straight onto the wall. And exactly right for the amount of light in the room.
This gives a much better quality compared to conventional wall paints: 40% higher contrast and 20% more light output (source: KonicaMinolta Sensing test report).
Mighty Brighty is therefore perfect for stylish use in: cafés, offices, schools, exhibitions, museums and home cinemas.

The system consists of two coats of paint applied one on top of the other: the Basecoat and the transparent Topcoat.
The Basecoat can simply be ‘tuned’ in various levels of grey to suit the amount of light in the room, providing higher contrast, richer colours and a deeper black.
The Topcoat prevents a ‘hotspot’ and ensures greater light output.
Mighty Brighty can therefore compete with the quality of professional projection screen systems.

Different kits are available for the professional and do-it-yourself market: from the smallest – consisting only of the Basecoat and Topcoat for a projection screen of up to 5 m² – to the largest for a projection screen of 45 m². But there is also a kit containing all the required tools in one box, so you can get to work straight away. Or a kit with a magnetic paint for applying a magnetic dark (felt) border which can simply be removed when the screen is not in use.
There is even a cleaning product for the projection screen.

In short: paint your own projection screen!

Magpaint Europe bv has recently become exclusive distributor of Mighty Brighty for the professional and do-it-yourself market.
